8:30am - Unload trucks and check in
9:00am - Rehearsal starts
12:00pm - Lunch
1:00pm - Afternoon block
2:30pm - Brass and Battery to Middle School
4:30pm - Dinner
5:30pm - Evening block
7:45pm - Rehearsal Ends, load trucks
8:00pm - Dismissed after finished loading
Sunday May 21st
8:00am - unload trucks and check in
8:30am - Rehearsal starts
10:00am - Snack break
10:30am - Rehearsal resumes
1:30pm - Rehearsal ends, core meeting, load
2:00pm - Dismissed
